SYMBOLISM OF THE GROUPS

THOUGHTS CONNECTED TO PHILOSOPHY ONDÉVIT

The intention of symbolism is to build models to make function an organization more effectively

Once again it is not with an aim of building models for the pleasure of building models but of building models which are logical on the level, energetics.

What at the beginning can appear very abstract must become concrete and applicable.

let us try to build models of organization in the same way that we built the meridians of acupuncture.

Guiding principles

Each individual, each group is an entity symbolic system which we will represent like a circle with a central energy and an energy on the circumference.

It is the same principle that we used for the meridians of acupuncture.

In a three-dimensional world the circle becomes a sphere.

The sphere has a center of energy but its surface is not any more one energy center. The sphere has rays of energy. These energy rays are directions, dimensions which can be described by words. To preserve coherence and logic we will choose words which have a logical relation between them.

The words, which describe these directions(dimensions) are dependent between them by a certain number of directions (dimensions) by the intermediary of a general term.

For example:

Directions: north, south, are, western form 4 directions, dimensions

Space: left, behind, above form 3 directions, dimensions

Space: left, right-hand side, in front, behind, above, below form 6 dimensions.

Emotions: joy, sadness, anger, aggressiveness form 4 dimensions

State: conscious, unconscious, active, calm 4 dimensions form

Activities: to go, run, sleep, sit down form 4 dimensions

In this manner we can invent dimensions as many as want we it.

Most pleasant in this diagram it is that we can find our own place there.

In this world we must have a minimum of three directions, dimensions to make a volume because volume is a characteristic of this world.

But this three-dimensional world is a creation starting from a two-dimensional world which comes from a quantum universe.

The plan and the quantum are energy universes (or spiritual)

One can pass from a point on a surface then to a volume.

There exists in mathematics of the transformations of a point towards a plan.

It is for that that it is logical to consider a direction as an energy which finds its origin in a point.

If one wants to build a coherent organization with energy at the time it keeping well this line of creation in memory.

The structure of a group

Rules:

1 a number of elements

To exist a group, a population needs at least two individuals.

2-un alive group

An alive group must have, at least, the capacity to maintain its population constant. It must thus have elements masculine and female or at least able to reproduce.

A consequence of an alive group in this universe it is that the group has one lifespan.

3-structure

To exist in this universe the group must have a three-dimensional structure. It must have volume. The structure is absolutely essential even if it is about a chaotic structure!

With Ondévit philosophy that means that one must have a creative energy of structure and thus one will speak about the spirit or the energy of the group.

4-un group of human beings

To exist in our group on ground we need a minimum of three dimensions. With Yin/Yang (more, less) of our universe we must have 6 dimensions which one can describe by:

- in front of

- behind

- above

- below

- left

- right-hand side

Each perfect individual or groups perfect or energy entity can be symbolized by a circle with 6 rays. The center of the circle is an image of the basic energy of this group or this individual.

The end of the ray can also be regarded as a source of energy. All functions as if a ray were a conducting element (magnetic, electric, luminous) and the end would represent the energy of a word like front, behind, below etc connected to the source the center of the circle.

One can compare these 6 directions with the directions of l`être human which get 6 choices to him to move. The human being always has the choice between an opinion (in front of, behind, etc), an action or the opposite of this action or opinion.

The human being is not a binary but ternary being!

If each universe can be symbolized by a circle one can draw these 6 directions in the circle. The center is the energy of the individual.

Each individual has a total radiation directed towards outside or the interior.

If one starts from a perfect universe these data are rather theoretic.

One can symbolically draw these two individuals like this:

By their directions of radiation these two individuals could link themselves to form a group with two elements.

Instead of two individuals one could have two groups.

I will give names to these points of energy contacts.

These points correspond to complementary or common energies:

common goals

common actions

common THOUGHTS etc.

To survive in an optimal way people and the groups must seek optimal energies to reinforce their points of contacts or their points common.

One can divide the society into several energy directions of survival

1 it nobody itself

2 it family, sex

3 groups it, the club, the nation

4 them animal

5 them plants

6 it matter, possessions

7 them thought, energy, religions, philosophies

Or in a diagram

These energies form energy vectors which attract each other to form an alive group.

In certain space configurations these energy vectors can make captive of energies which will be then the spirit of the group and which will be with the service of this group.

The majority of the groups will be formed on the basis of these energy vector which will be the spiritual supports and the guards of the spirit of the group.

The spirit of the group is one of the most significant elements to guarantee the value and the effectiveness of the group.

More the group will be just more it will be strong.

The groups are formed around a common energy vector.

- a man a woman to train a ou/et family to have sexual intercourse.

- several men to train a team of football.

- individuals on a ground to form a nation

- of the monks to create a convent

- people to create a society and to earn money

- gangsters to fly of the money

etc

From the principal energy vector can be formed a great quantity of under vectors which make it possible to people to be assembled to form a stronger group.

One can understand that these energy vectors are the meridians of acupuncture of the group.

To exist the perfect group need for at least 6 energy vectors has but to live it will need 12 energy vectors.

The twelve energy vectors are formed by the energy exchanges of each energy vector individually towards and coming from the external world.

Energies which leave an energy vector and energies which enter an energy vector make that the 6 vectors will have twelve directions of exchanges which function like Yin and the yang of the meridian of acupuncture.

We will not have to forget in the analysis of the structure of the groups which each vector will have an entry and an exit of energy.

The subsystems are necessary to maintain and make live the group.
